气加热系统使用燃烧液化气来加热熨平板底板,通过底板传热的方式来加热振捣梁,压实梁。液化气经减压阀送到各个喷火嘴,用点火器将各个喷火嘴点燃,所以在燃烧室内产生热量加热底板,达到熨平板加热的目的。气加热拥有加热不均匀,加热速度慢且易产生局部过热而使底板产生退火降低耐磨性等缺点,但是气加热拥有成本低廉,易改制等优点而广泛使用。

The liquefied gas is sent to each nozzle through the pressure reducing valve and ignited by the igniter, so heat is generated in the combustion chamber to heat the bottom plate to achieve the purpose of heating the screed. Gas heating has the disadvantages of uneven heating, slow heating speed and easy to produce local overheating, which will cause annealing of the bottom plate and reduce wear resistance. However, gas heating has the advantages of low cost and easy to be modified and is widely used.
